연구
우리 실험실에서는 쉽게 구할 수 있는 터핀이나 탄수화물 같은 chiral pool을 이용한 비대칭 합성연구를 하고 있다. 이러한 화합물로부터 유래하는 카이랄 보조제의 비대칭 반응을 수행하고 이 반응의 입체선택성을 여러가지의 입체화학적 모형으로 설명하는 일을 수행하고 있다. 이 반응에서 얻어지는 광학활성 화합물을 이용하면 천연물이나 의약을 합성할 수 있다.
